Welcome to Maks TechDev LLC DBA SentrixTrade (“SentrixTrade,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

SentrixTrade is a cloud-based trade-replication and multi-account trade copier platform that allows users to mirror trading activity across multiple connected brokerage accounts.

By creating an account or using any part of the SentrixTrade platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the Service.

SentrixTrade is currently offered in an open-beta phase. While the core functionality has been extensively tested, features and performance may continue to evolve. You acknowledge and accept that the Service may occasionally experience bugs, downtime, or unexpected behavior. The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

• “Account” – Your personal or organizational profile that enables access to SentrixTrade.
• “Service” – The SentrixTrade cloud-based trade copier platform, including the web interface, APIs, servers, and related tools.
• “Content” – Any data, text, trading signals, or configurations uploaded or transmitted through the Service.
• “Subscription” – The recurring, prepaid plan that grants access to fee-based features.
• “Third-Party Integrations” – Any brokerage, trading platform, or data provider not operated by Maks TechDev LLC.

Subject to timely payment of all applicable fees, SentrixTrade grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your own trading and analytical purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
• Use SentrixTrade to build a competing service.
• Share login credentials with third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt SentrixTrade’s systems or servers.

Subscriptions are prepaid and renew automatically unless canceled at least 72 hours before the renewal date. No partial-period refunds are issued.

SentrixTrade may change pricing or plans with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the change.

SentrixTrade operates exclusively as a cloud-based system. While we aim for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• System outages, slowdowns, or bugs may occur.
• Maintenance, network congestion, or third-party failures can cause delays or interruptions.
• Maks TechDev LLC is not responsible for glitches, downed servers, lost connections, or technical failures of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentrixTrade shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from any technological or infrastructure issues.

SentrixTrade connects to external brokers and data providers through APIs or other interfaces.

No brokerage, clearing firm, or data provider is responsible for copier performance, execution failures, or data discrepancies.

You assume full responsibility for any trading outcomes when using the copier.

You are solely responsible for:

• The configuration of your copier settings.
• Testing with simulated or low-risk trades before live deployment.
• Monitoring the performance and execution of trades.

Maks TechDev LLC DBA SentrixTrade provides its trade copier technology on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation.

In the rare event that a copier malfunction occurs, Maks TechDev LLC’s total aggregate liability—for any claim, loss, or alleged error related to Service performance—shall be strictly limited to a prorated refund equal to one (1) day of active subscription fees for the specific calendar day on which the malfunction verifiably occurred.

All burden of proof rests entirely on the user. To qualify for consideration, the user must demonstrate that:

1. Their internet connection and data feeds were stable and functioning normally at the time of the incident;
2. All copier configurations, settings, and integrations were used exactly as documented and recommended by SentrixTrade; and
3. The malfunction resulted solely from a verified system error within SentrixTrade’s cloud infrastructure, and not from any third-party brokerage, data provider, or connectivity failure.

If any of these conditions cannot be conclusively established by the user, no refund, credit, or liability shall apply.

This limitation represents the user’s exclusive remedy and the full extent of Maks TechDev LLC’s responsibility for any service-related issue, to the maximum degree permitted by law.

Compatibility with brokers or trading APIs may change without notice. SentrixTrade is not liable for outages or API modifications originating from third parties.

Risk-management features rely on data from your chosen broker or feed. If incoming data is delayed or inaccurate, trade control features (e.g., P&L limits, stop conditions) may not trigger in real time. You acknowledge these limitations and accept all associated risks.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work for or against you. Before trading, consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance. You alone are responsible for all trading decisions made through the copier.

All software, documentation, and trademarks related to SentrixTrade are owned by Maks TechDev LLC and its licensors. No rights are granted beyond those explicitly stated herein.

You may submit ideas or feedback to SentrixTrade. By doing so, you grant Maks TechDev LLC full rights to use, modify, or implement your suggestions without obligation or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

MAKS TECHDEV LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKS TECHDEV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maks TechDev LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

Maks TechDev LLC may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of registration of Maks TechDev LLC.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
